Whipped Up’s founder and CEO, Georgia, set out to be a lawyer… then a journalist… and then realised that she hated sitting in an office all day. So she did what any normal person does and ran off to culinary school in the South of France, where she studied under Michelin-star chefs at the Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy.
She returned to Australia broke, five kilos heavier (thanks croissants!) and while working as a chef and teaching children’s cooking classes once a week, the idea for Whipped Up began to form.
Georgia is autistic/ADHD, so she understands the challenges of cooking with a disability, especially if you have additional sensory or allegry restrictions – so focusing Whipped Up within the disability sector was a no-brainer for her, especially after years in childcare.
Whipped Up is proudly registered with both the NDIS and MyAgedCare. Our team of seven currently service all of eastern and southern metro Melbourne, as well as Geelong. We hope to be able to offer our services across the northern and western regions of Melbourne, as well as Ballarat, soon.
While our focus remains on the NDIS and MyAgedCare, we are also thrilled to still offer private bookings for both adults and children on demand.
