About Us
Our Story
Whipped Up’s founder and CEO, Georgia, set out to be a lawyer… then a journalist… and then realised that she hated sitting in an office all day.
So she did what any normal person does and ran off to culinary school in the South of France, where she studied under Michelin-star chefs at the Gastronomicom International Culinary Academy.
She returned to Australia broke, several kilos heavier (thanks croissants!) and while working as a chef and teaching children’s cooking classes once a week, the idea for Whipped Up began to form. Over the years that followed, Whipped Up grew beyond Georgia’s wildest dreams and is a team of phenomenal, warm and truly talented cooks who embody the mission of Whipped Up in every aspect of their lives.
Many of Whipped Up’s employees (including Georgia) are disabled so we innately understand the challenges of cooking with a disability, especially if you have additional sensory, intolerance or allergy restrictions – and this is why Whipped Up will always be, at our core, a disability provider first and foremost. However, we are proud to offer our services beyond the NDIS to MyAgedCare clients, as well as being available for private bookings on demand.
We are really proud of what we do every day, whether that be supporting someone to learn a new life skill, meal prepping for a busy family or celebrating a child’s birthday party.
